    I've found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me quite a few of the sample bags of dog food (normally there's a charge) when my new puppy was being fussy. Staff continued to work with me until we found food she liked. Wide variety, competitive prices, friendly staff!!

    This place is fantastic! Very friendly, helpful staff!! We buy our dog food there and we come from Niagara Falls and still able to save money than buying in Niagara Falls. They helped us choose harnesses for the dogs and they have a very good and different selection of toys and treats than other pet stores, which is good to see variety!

    Best place in Niagara to purchase pet supplies. Tim is always willing to offer his expert knowledge and he passes that to his employees. Everyone is ALWAYS friendly and helpful, willing to assist in carrying out our dog food. We do miss Gary very much though. Awesome prices and awesome people and most important, awesome service!!
