    This is the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed at. The location is beautiful- right on the canal with a nearby walking trail. We were able to walk to a fantastic waterside restaurant for dinner.

    stayed four nights at Best Western in Welland. Overall, we were pleased with our experience at this hotel. Good breakfasts, a large and comfortable room with a separate bedroom, and pleasant staff.

    Awesome staff very happy and informative. The hotel had a nice clean room well layed out for extended stays. Would return here for sure.

    Clean rooms, great price! Was there for a hockey tournament and team was graciously provided with a complimentary room for team gatherings. Thank you! Why not 5 stars? Ceilings were very thin. Could hear all the footsteps of our neighbours above us walking.
