    Horrible Customer service here! Some of the staff seem to care, but they are the ones at the check out. When trying to get help in the lumber yard side of things, the staff there could hardly pull them selves from the newspaper to look up an item on the computer for us! Once they had checked, he pointed off into the building and said there is one, over there somewhere! I will not be going back here ever! I will drive out of my way to get the kind of service I was used to having at Home Hardeware! That will be at the Port Colborne store!

    Hard to find some one to help the one 9n Lincoln was much better customer service

    Love this store. The furniture department has great variety. Owners are very pleasant and I appreciate not being harassed by staff when I shop. I always stay longer as a result!

    Store is filthy and understocked. Material showing available is unable to be found. The staff are fairly knowledgable and willing to help.
