  Very overpriced for what you get. Staff seem clueless about fitness. I would not recommend this "fitness" facility.

  Great place to workout. Always clean, friendly and encouraging staff, never over crowded. Would definitely recommend getting a membership here :)

  Very very small facility. Lack of equipment really limits your ability to try different exercises and workouts. Only 3 change room/showers...which means if 3 people are changing or showering...you are waiting. No water fountain.... Seriously?

  Amazing Gym and the owners are so awesome. Went there for 2 years (and lost 25lbs). I recently moved out of town and the staff was so supportive during my cancellation. I will really miss attending this gym.

  Love this gym. Positive environment. Very welcoming and nice people. From the paint on the walls to the equipment everything is pristine. It's bright and energetic unlike other gyms I know of that are very bland and dingy. I go to the gym to feel that energy not be put to sleep! Haha.
