  Thank you to Rachel in the Service Department !! Winter rims and tires in storage at Dealership. Booked an appointment to have them installed (knowing that existing winter tires were worn out) Rachel recommended new winter tires and had them installed and balanced prior to Saturday Service appointment. Therefor, when I came in for appointment I was in and out very quickly without having to wait an extra hour or so to have new tires installed on rims they had in storage.... The entire Team at Welland Honda is Great !!! Clint / Service Manager - Rachel / Service Advisor - Kyle / Service Advisor and of course the Techs - always so very helpful. Thanks !!!

  Great experience dealing with Jim at Welland Honda. Understood all of our wants/needs and was able to present us with a couple of options best suited to us. We've had our 2017 CR-V for 3 weeks now and absolutely love it! Highly recommend coming here if you're in the market for a new vehicle. Other dealerships I've found to be pushy and just trying to get the sale but Jim really cared about finding us the right vehicle.

  Unlike other dealerships, Jim isn't pushy at all-just gave us the facts and options and helped us make a sound decision. The whole process from choosing our vehicle to completing the financing and picking the car up was really easy-I haven't had this easy of a car buying experience in a long time. I will have no problem getting my next car here, and I have no hesitation in recommending Jim and Welland Honda for the not only a reliable brand, but great, honest service and an pleasant experience.

  Just traded in my Infiniti Q50 here for a 2016 Honda Civic. Couldn't ask for a better experience! Jim B. was really easy to work with-Was genuinely interested in finding me the right car for my changing needs and budget, and gave me a fair value for my trade-in that I could live with without feeling like I was being taken advantage of.

  I just picked up the new 2017 Honda Civic Type R from Welland Honda. Everyone at the dealership is so friendly and professional! Finance manager, Sales manager even the Service manager came out during the delivery to congratulate me. I highly recommend doing business with these guys!
