  After getting the run around from another dealer for over a year regarding a recall notice on my Escape, the staff at Mike Knapp dealt with the issue within 3 days of being contacted. The staff were efficient on the day of the appointment and had me out in no time. I'll definitely return here for any future work.

  We recently bought a 2018 Ford F150. I can't say enough about the team at Mike Knapp Ford - Dave was our head salesperson and he was absolutely outstanding. Dave knew what we wanted and needed for our family better than we did! We will be returning to Mike Knapp Ford when we need to invest in our second vehicle. Cannot describe how happy we are with our vehicle and our experience! Lisa dealt with our warranty and helped us pick the perfect package that would make us comfortable and feel protected in the long term. Love this team and dealership!!!

  Came here after receiving horrible service from Ed Learn Ford (St. Catharines). I received exceptional service from Diane and Peter. I am currently in the process of purchasing a new Ford Focus from here and I am beyond excited and the service here makes it even more exciting. They answered all of my questions and gave me a great deal. Both my parents just purchased a brand new truck and car from here as well and received wonderful service from Ken.
